Ludlow Castle Motor Club are pleased to announce the Ludlow & The Marches Classic Tour to be held on Sunday 6th October 2024.

The Tour is included in the 2024 Historic Rally Car Register Scenic Tour Series and promises approximately 120 miles through South Shropshire and surrounding areas.

Thank you to all involved in the organisation, and running of our Classic Tour - a great reintroduction into the HRCR calendar.

 

Despite the overcast weather, 60 crews made their way from the start at Ludlow Brewery to the village of Ditton Priors for a refreshment stop. Crews then continued on down the lanes, winding their way to the impressive Stokesay Castle for lunch. The final leg of the tour took crews westerly and around the lanes surrounding Clun and Bishops Castle before winding their way towards Wistanstow Village Hall where crews were welcomed at the Finish.

The club would like to thank all crews for attending our event, we hope the event was enjoyable despite the low cloud and threatening rain and hope to see you all again in 2026!
